Hyderabadi tasty chicken biryani

hydeeabadi tasty chicken biryani is very  delicious and tasty dish.these dish is very simple to cook within a few minute.so you people enjoye your family at home in launch and at breatfast time.now will tell about the ingredient and how to make these dish at home?
Ingredient:
chicken
yougurt
desi oil
biryani masala
mint
coriander
onion
ginger gralic paste
salt
lemon juice
turmeric
cardamom
pinch of saffron
turmeric
kewar water
rose water
oil
bay leaf
black cardamom
red chilli
green chilli
METHODS
1.fisrt put a bowl and add these things chicken yougurt desi oil biryani masala mint cirriander salt lemon and cardamom and ginger gralic past mix well and also add two table spoon oil.keep these marinated chicken aside for about 3 hours.

2.take a port and the rice deep in these bowl with in the cold water atleast 20 minutes.
3.take the other port and put the water in these port if the water vapouringthen mix the rice in these wter and add few salt and oil in these boil water.
4.after 20 minuts the the rice filter the water
5.then take a port and fry the marinate chicken.
6. take a port an then put the few rice in these port an add the chicken layer after few rice put these chiken layer and then the all the chicken put these rice an the kewarwater rose water  and the food color are put these rice
7.Make a chapathi dough and seal the lid and the cooking pot tightly with the dough.
8.Switch on the flame, put the cooking pot onto the flame.
9.Dum the biryani on sim flame for about 45 minutes.

NOTES
1.Using basmati rice while making biryani makes the biryani very delicious.
2.Always soak the rice when the period of chicken marination is about to complete.
3.Start boiling rice for water when rice has been soaked for about ten minutes.
4.Do not cook the rice for a long time as the rice becomes soggy while giving dum.
5.The longer the time of marination, the more tastier the chicken would turn out.
6.If one is looking for more spicy flavor then the spices can be added more in quantity or can be reduced if less spicy flavor is required.
7.Using fresh herbs gives wonderful fragrance to the biryani.
8.Always check the salt taste while cooking rice, else the biryani would not get the required taste.
9.Another way of giving dum is, the cooking pot should be placed on a high flame and then simmer the flame and place a tawa/griddle below the cooking pot and dum for about 35 minutes. 
10.Placing a tawa below the cooking vessel prevents the base of the cooking vessel from burning
so your biryani is ready and take with your family with ful enjoye.
