Arroz con Pollo With Apples

INGREDIENT 

                     1.boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  1. 2. kosher salt
  2. 3. black pepper
  3. 4. olive oil
  4. 5.green pepper, coarsely chopped
  5. 6.yellow pepper, coarsely chopped
  6. 7.medium onion, diced
  7. 8.cloves garlic, minced
  8. 9. tomatoes
  9. 10.tablespoon paprika
  10. 11. red pepper flakes
  11. 12.cup long-grain converted rice
  12. 13. chicken broth
  13. 14. fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  14. methods:
  15. 1.Quarter, core, and slice the apples thick pieces; set aside.
  16. 2.Season the chicken with the salt and black pepper.
  17. 3. Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. 
  18. 4.Add the chicken and cook 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  19. 5. Remove the chicken and set aside, leaving the oil in the pan.
  20. 6.Add the green pepper, yellow pepper, onion, and garlic. 
  21. 7.Stir well and cook over medium heat until the vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. 8.Add the tomatoes and apples to the pan. Cook 8 to 10 minutes more. 
  22. 9.Stir in the paprika and red pepper.
  23. 10.Add the rice and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. 
  24. 11.Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil over high heat. 
  25. 12.Reduce heat to medium-low, arrange the chicken on top of the rice mixture, and cover. Cook about 20 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with the parsley. Serve hot.

Tahini Roasted Chicken

procedure:
1.Preheat oven
2.Stir together tahini, honey, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub half of tahini mixture under chicken skin. Rub remaining mixture on chicken.
4. Roast in preheated oven .
5. Tent with aluminum foil. 
6.Roast until a thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers , 
7.about 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
8. Carve chicken, and garnish with lemon wedges and oregano leaves

1.Boil water with yellow color and salt. Add cloves, cinnamon stick and cardamoms. Now add washed rice in it and cook rice fully and drain them.
2.Heat oil and add half cup water in it. Add sugar and mix it well till sugar dissolves.
3.Add boiled rice in it and cook on high flame. When water dries up put the lid on and lower the flame. Put on dum for 15 minutes.

  • 1. package elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 2. pound chicken breast or thigh meat, boneless and skinless
  • 3. large carrot, peeled and diced
  • 4. cup ham, cubed
  • 5. hard boiled eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 6. cup quick-melt cheese (Velveeta or Eden), cubed
  • 7. can crushed pineapple
  • 8. cup sweet pickle relish
  • 9. cup raisins
  • 10.medium onion, peeled and diced1.cups mayonnaise cup sweetened condensed milk
  • salt and pepper 
  • methods:
    1. In a pot of salted boiling water, add macaroni and cook for about 8 to 9 minutes or until firm to bite. Drain, rinse under cold running water and allow to completely cool. Set aside.
    2. In a pot, add chicken meat and enough water to cover. Bring the water to a boil and then lower to a simmer. Simmer chicken for about 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. Drain from liquid, allow to completely cool and shred. Set aside.
    3. In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add diced carrots and cook for about 30 seconds. With a slotted spoon, remove from water and plunge into an ice bath until completely cool. Drain and set aside.
    4. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, chicken, carrots, ham, eggs, cheese, crushed pineapple including packing juice, sweet pickle relish, raisins, onions, mayonnaise and sweetened condensed milk. Gently stir together until evenly distributed. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

  1. 1.Boil onions in one cup of water, drain, cool and puree. Puree pistachios and green chilli, keeping a few nuts aside for garnish.
  2. 2.Heat the oil and add the onions and sauté for four minutes, do not brown. Add ginger and garlic paste. Fry for one minute and stir in coriander and pepper powders. Add pistachio and green chilli paste and cook for about a minute.
  3. 3.Put in the chicken with the salt and mix well. Add a little water (quarter of a cup) and cook gently until done. Stir in the yogurt and cook for a further two minutes.
  4. 4.Add cream and garam masala. Garnish with pistachio nuts and serve hot.

Ingredient:
chicken
yougurt
desi oil
biryani masala
mint
coriander
onion
ginger gralic paste
salt
lemon juice
turmeric
cardamom
pinch of saffron

kewar water
rose water

bay leaf
black cardamom
red chilli
green chilli
METHODS
1.fisrt put a bowl and add these things chicken yougurt desi oil biryani masala mint cirriander salt lemon and cardamom and ginger gralic past mix well and also add two table spoon oil.keep these marinated chicken aside for about 3 hours.

2.take a port and the rice deep in these bowl with in the cold water atleast 20 minutes.
3.take the other port and put the water in these port if the water vapouringthen mix the rice in these wter and add few salt and oil in these boil water.
4.after 20 minuts the the rice filter the water
5.then take a port and fry the marinate chicken.
6. take a port an then put the few rice in these port an add the chicken layer after few rice put these chiken layer and then the all the chicken put these rice an the kewarwater rose water  and the food color are put these rice
7.Make a chapathi dough and seal the lid and the cooking pot tightly with the dough.
8.Switch on the flame, put the cooking pot onto the flame.
9.Dum the biryani on sim flame for about 45 minutes.

NOTES
1.Using basmati rice while making biryani makes the biryani very delicious.
2.Always soak the rice when the period of chicken marination is about to complete.
3.Start boiling rice for water when rice has been soaked for about ten minutes.
4.Do not cook the rice for a long time as the rice becomes soggy while giving dum.
5.The longer the time of marination, the more tastier the chicken would turn out.
6.If one is looking for more spicy flavor then the spices can be added more in quantity or can be reduced if less spicy flavor is required.
7.Using fresh herbs gives wonderful fragrance to the biryani.
8.Always check the salt taste while cooking rice, else the biryani would not get the required taste.
9.Another way of giving dum is, the cooking pot should be placed on a high flame and then simmer the flame and place a tawa/griddle below the cooking pot and dum for about 35 minutes. 
10.Placing a tawa below the cooking vessel prevents the base of the cooking vessel from burning
so your biryani is ready and take with your family with ful enjoye.

Make paneer at home easy and quick recipe

Ingredients:
1:cup of milk.
2.container
3.lemon or vanigar
Method:
1,Put the milk in the container.
2.heat the milk and shake slowly the milk with spoon.
3.Stir the milk till it binds and forms curdles. The yellow whey should be seen separating. 
4. Remove from fire when the separation of curd and yellow whey is complete 
5. Now strain the mixture through a muslin cloth and remove all the moisture. 
6. Rinse the curd through fresh water and get rid of all excess water. 
7. To make a block of paneer, pack it up with muslin cloth and keep it tied tight for some time or place something heavy on top.
8. Let it settle for at least three hours.
