desii dowroo

the desi dawroo is a light dish and easily ready in few secound.lets you people also try quickly.the process is very easy and not expensive aslo very delicious and test especially in a coldy rainy season.
                    ingredients
                                flour
                      water
                      vaniger
                      lemon
               now i will tell you about the process.how to make these delicious dish.
1.first the flour is mixing and make the flour hard.
2.then make a bread type shape.
3.then fold the bread twice.
4.after use the knives and  make light light pieces.
5.then the port half of water.when the water is boiled put the small pieces into the boiled water.
6.after mix these small pieces in the water and shake light.
then the dish put in your plate and add some drop of the lemon and vanigar in these dish.
only 10 minute your dish is ready.and enjoying with your family.

Owali derum

  owali derum is the most delicious dish and very testy.this dish is very energetic especially in winter season.it provide heat and energy to the body.now i will give you a tips.how to making this dish and which ingrident is used to make this dish.
         ingredents;
         water
          flour
          derum especially flour
          how to make this dish to use these ingredient.now i will tell you a good recipe to make owalii derum.
     how to make?
1.to take a port.
2.then the port is dip of water not full half of water
3.then take a wood stick to shake the flour
4.the flour and the derum flour mix at the same time
5.the flour solution is not to hard neither to be liquid.the solution is normal.
6.then shaking these solution with the wooden stick well.
7.then the proper heating to these solution.
8.atleast 3hour left these solution in the heater
9.at last the derum clour is dark brown.
the dish is ready and enjying with your family
these dish enjoye with the oil ghee cocunet oil or cooking oil.
freez on your refrigerator and use day by day.

Goli

step i. first all of to used flour in a bowl.
step 2.then used the water and  making the flour.
step 3.after to make the golii flour first the flour hard then used water and the flour mix with water.
step 4.the flour making not to liquid neither solid the quantity of flour is equall.
step 4. then used the spoon or any other deep thing.
step 5. then heating tawa and put the flour on the tawa.
step 6.the bread is left on the tawa only 10 minute.
step 7.then the goli bread is ready.
enjoying this bread with  butter  egg and grape juice and  with tea and chill your life.
